All actions follow established owner approval thresholds, and we provide fully transparent invoices so you always know exactly what was done and at what cost.
Net owner distributions are sent via ACH on a monthly basis, following the posting of rent and the deduction of any applicable expenses. Each distribution is accompanied by a detailed statement outlining income and expenses for full transparency, and we provide year-end 1099 forms to simplify tax reporting.
Our primary focus is on managing long-term rental properties, ensuring consistent income and professional oversight.
